Meagan Monique Good was born on August 8th of 1981 in the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle. Her mother was her manager during her teens. Her father Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. She grew up within Canyon Country with her three siblings in California. When she was 4 years old, she began acting. She appeared as an extra to TV shows like Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. in the beginning of her career. Her first movie, "Friday", was launched in the year 1995 when she turned 13. The film first caught the attention of her performance as teenage troubled Cisely Batiste in Eve's Bayou in 1997 for which she received two award nominations including the first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nominated. Good acted in small films as well as on TV in the several years. She began to take on more mature roles as early as the year 2000. In Nickelodeon's Cousin Sceeter she played Nina. The actress was on Nickelodeon's T.V. program Cousin Skeeter, from 1998 to 2001. Also, she landed minor parts in the films House Party: Down to the last second and 3 Strikes. She played Vanessa Scott's role in the 2003 show My Wife and Kids. The show featured her in D.E.B.S in 2004 an action comedy film that earned her nominated for Best Actress in the Black Movie Awards of 2005. In the following years she was a part of many films including You Got served The Cookout Venom, one miss call at Waistdeep as well as The Love Guru. She kept her busy on T.V. The actress played Mya Multi-star on Think Like a Man as in her character in Ms. Stevens for Dysfunctional friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer was a student at Baylor University Waco Texas. The school awarded her an B.F.A. The degree for performing arts was awarded in the year 2010. Her first appearance onscreen was in 2010 in the web series"If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer, who had appeared in a number of local productions prior to making her first appearance on the screen in the year 2010, starred in Simon Fuller's Hulu show If I Can Dream. The show on Hulu, If I Can Dream is centered on the daily lives of bunch of musicians who live within Hollywood California.
